We\βre looking for caring and reliable Community Carers to join our clients team, providing essential support to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes. If you\βre looking for a rewarding role with excellent benefits and a supportive team, we want to hear from you! Package : Excellent hourly rates (Β£13.30-Β£13.80). Twice-yearly performance bonuses ( average FT workers Β£750-Β£1000 every six months) Enhanced pay for bank holidays. Paid mileage and travel time. Free uniform and use of pool cars. Staff accommodation (if required). Full training and development opportunities. Career progression support. A friendly and supportive team environment. Duties: Supporting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence. Providing personal care and assistance with medication. Building positive relationships and offering companionship. Accompanying clients on outings and appointments. What We Need: A caring and empathetic nature. A valid driving license. Availability to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts. Prior care experience (preferred, but not essential). Hardworking and reliable. Please Note: This position does not offer sponsorship or visa switching.
