RJP are looking for you! We want to discover the next fantastic talent to join our teams in Salou, Spain. We are ready to build our teams for our award-winning venues: House of Illusion, Houdinis Attic, Chaplins Salou, and the brand new East Street.

We are searching for a committed, proactive Sound and Light Engineer who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a competent Sound and Lights Engineer to operate equipment in this area for our productions. You will set up and operate sound equipment in live events and shows. Sound engineers are deft around sensitive audio equipment and experts in using them to produce quality sound. We expect you to be knowledgeable about different audio tech and editing techniques. If you also possess a creative mind with an eye for detail and a good ear, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions and details from performers, management, etc.
  • Set up and test sound equipment before events, broadcasts, or shows.
  • Play backing tracks and special effects during live events.
  • Collaborate with lighting during shows whilst operating sound equipment.
  • Create and maintain show libraries.
  • Resolve technical issues when they arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sound engineer.
  • Experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. mixing consoles).
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent hearing and manual dexterity.
