RJP are looking for you! We want to discover the next fantastic talent to join our hospitality teams in Salou, Spain. We are ready to build our teams for our award-winning venues: House of Illusion, Houdinis Attic, Chaplins Salou, and the brand new East Street.
We are searching for a committed, proactive promoter (prop) who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The promoter (prop) will promote and grow the business, ensuring guests know of all our venues and what each one offers. You should also be able to work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations.
In order to succeed as a promoter (prop), you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving, observation, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a pleasant and competitive promoter that thrives in attracting new customers. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of product/services presentations, generating interest, and qualifying sales prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted shows and services
- Create a positive image and lead guests to use it
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
- Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc)
