RJP are looking for you! We want to discover the next fantastic talent to join our hospitality teams in Salou, Spain. We are ready to build our teams for our award-winning venues: House of Illusion, Houdinis Attic, Chaplins Salou, and the brand new East Street.
We are searching for committed, proactive Bar Tenders who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Our aim is to find professional, high-energy Bartenders with excellent communication skills to serve classic cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. You will have the willingness to learn our signature cocktails and work at a high speed efficiently and effectively. To succeed as a Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, and having a good knowledge of our drinks menu to make recommendations and suggestions.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate, and returning correct change to guests, balancing the cash register.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing rubbish, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Developing new cocktail recipes.
Requirements:
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Good knowledge of the English language; Spanish and French language are always a bonus.
