We're looking for an enthusiastic, skilled rosette level Sous Chef to join a charming and characterful Cotswolds inn. The venue combines relaxed, welcoming hospitality with fresh, locally inspired cooking.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help run the kitchen day to day, lead service confidently, maintain excellent food standards and coach junior members of the brigade. This role would suit a capable Sous Chef or strong senior chef with quality restaurant or rosette-standard experience, a calm approach and a genuine passion for fresh seasonal ingredients.
