We are a family business seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing and friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties. You will get exposure to both residential and commercial jobs based on your preference and experience as we have a sister company which is doing larger scale HVAC projects. We are dedicated to providing further opportunities to grow and up-skill through enrollment in manufacturer-led training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair a wide range of air conditioning units and systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using schematics and technical manuals, diagnosing faults accurately.
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals to facilitate installation and repair tasks.
  • Assist with projects involving commercial HVAC systems, contributing technical expertise from planning through execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with air conditioning systems in a maintenance or engineering capacity.
  • Experience in the installation of Single Split systems and Multi Split systems.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC equipment repair and installation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising or guiding maintenance teams or contractors.
  • Experience in equipment repair within construction or industrial environments is desirable.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to HVAC installation and maintenance is essential.
