  • We're looking for an experienced

Contracts Manager to join our growing construction team.

Our core business is groundworks , with additional reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple contracts from pre-start through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage multiple groundworks and RC frame projects.
  • Oversee site teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor programme, budget, quality, and health & safety.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Attend site and client meetings.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong background in groundworks (RC frame experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent organisational, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
