RJC is looking for a Senior Front Office Developer for a global energy trading company based in London. Working as part of the Oil Trading team within the Front Office, they are looking for a developer to assist in the creation of front office applications that are used to inform and execute trades.
The role demands experience in front office trading, a deep understanding of C# and Angular development skills, and the personality to work in a front office performance culture.
The ideal Senior Full Stack Developer will have:
- Minimum 5+ years C# and .NET development experience
- Experience with Enterprise Messaging tools i.e. Kafka, Azure service bus etc.
- Experience working within a trading environment (energy or commodities preferred)
- Strong experience with distributed architecture and modern CI/CD practices (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with traders and demanding front office users
- Good understanding of energy market data
