One of my trading clients is looking for a PMO analyst to support with a M&A project. Please see below the job spec:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project documentation and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain queries in Azure DevOps.
  • Moderate Agile ceremonies (e.g., refinement, retrospectives, review, sprint planning), prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Track deliverables and resource allocation.
  • Monitor team KPIs and compile performance dashboards.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Organize workshops and team events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with reporting tools and data visualization.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
  • Experience within the Energy Trading industry.
