I am currently searching for a Senior Programme Manager to lead a major Endur transformation across LNG, Gas and Power. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading a large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programme
- Shaping strategy, roadmap, governance and benefits realisation
- Working closely with senior traders and business leaders
- Delivering measurable improvements in scalability, efficiency, control and commercial capability
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale transformation programmes
- Deep commodity trading experience, particularly European Gas, Power and/or LNG
- Strong Endur expertise, ideally across major upgrades or greenfield implementations
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, technology teams and strategic vendors
- A commercially minded, decisive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment
