RJC Group are looking for an Allegro Support Manager to join a large commodities trader in London.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the support and maintenance of the Allegro ETRM system.
- Lead a team of support analysts to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage escalations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve system integration and functionality.
- Being a holder of standards for the clients External IT partners.
Requirements:
- Experience of communicating with C level stakeholders, traders and other senior staff.
- Strong knowledge of Allegro ETRM.
