Our client is seeking an experienced and capable leader to take ownership of a well-established specialist healthcare practice, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on its performance, culture and patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager or experienced people leader looking to join a successful organisation that combines the stability and support of a larger business with the autonomy to shape and influence a local practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive and high-performing culture, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. This role requires a confident leader who can bring structure, accountability and organisation, while fostering an environment where both colleagues and patients receive the highest standards of care and service.

Whilst experience within dentistry would be advantageous, our client is also keen to speak with candidates from healthcare, clinical, veterinary, optical, retail or other service-led environments who can demonstrate strong leadership capability and a proven track record of managing and developing teams. You will be supported by an established wider business function, including finance, marketing and operational support, providing the resources needed to focus on leading the practice, developing your people and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team
