We’re partnering with our client and looking for a Salon Manager to lead a busy, forward-thinking salon in the heart of Shoreditch. This role would suit someone with a strong hair background (or a solid understanding of the industry) who’s organised, people-focused, and ready to take ownership of a salon. If you’re an experienced supervisor or senior stylist looking to step up, we’re very open to that.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, supporting the team, and creating an environment where both clients and staff thrive. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations and scheduling
- Supporting and motivating the team
