What You\’ll Do:
• Strategic Implementation: Bring the national HSE strategy to life, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards on your site.
• Budget Accountability: Manage HSE budgets effectively.
• Advisory Expertise: Offer sound, timely advice on all HSE matters.
• Culture Advocate: Engage all staff to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive HSE enhancements through audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and boost site HSE performance, refining systems as needed.
Who You Are:
• Experienced in HSE management within FMCG or similar sectors.
• Knowledgeable in HSE legislation and regulations.
• NEBOSH-certified (or working towards it), ideally with IOSH membership.
• A strong communicator and relationship builder, able to influence at all levels.
• Skilled in problem-solving and promoting safety as an enabler of business success.
