We are working in close partnership with an exceptional organisation to appoint an Ofsted Service Manager who will play a key role in shaping and leading vital services. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop high-quality supported accommodation services for young people across multiple locations.

As the Registered Manager, you will take full ownership of service delivery, ensuring safe, structured, and empowering environments where young people can develop independence and life skills. You will be responsible for driving standards, leading teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance, while creating a culture that promotes positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
