We’re recruiting a Compliance Project Manager to join a leading online gaming operator, ensuring their platforms, games, and systems meet the technical requirements of regulators across multiple global markets.
About the Role
In this key role, you’ll act as the bridge between compliance, product, and technology teams. You’ll manage game and platform certifications, oversee technical change management, and ensure all regulatory requirements are embedded into every release. This role is ideal for someone with a meticulous approach, the ability to communicate across multiple teams and keep things on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring all platforms, features and games meet the technical requirements of regulators (UKGC, MGA, Gibraltar, US, etc.)
- Overseeing technical change control, release approvals and regulatory impact assessments
- Acting as the technical liaison for regulators and supporting audits and information requests
- Maintaining documentation, system descriptions, version histories and certification records
- Working closely with Product, Tech and Compliance teams to support compliant feature launches and new market entries
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical compliance within online gaming or a related field
- Familiarity with gaming regulators, certification labs and technical standards
- Excellent documentation, organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments
