This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR journey who wants hands-on experience, exposure to advisory work, and the chance to develop within a supportive and structured environment.
This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in keeping the HR function running smoothly while gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle:

- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries via phone and email
- Assisting with right-to-work checks and audit processes
- Preparing letters, documentation, and supporting employee relations casework
- Liaising with payroll on key employee data and updates
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
You’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals, giving you real insight into advisory-level work and a clear pathway for progression.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- High level of discretion with confidential information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site business
- Basic understanding of UK employment law
This role offers more than just admin — it’s a genuine stepping stone into a long-term HR career. You’ll gain exposure, responsibility, and the support needed to grow into an advisory position over time.
