We are working with a valued client in the social care sector to recruit a Registered Manager for a brand-new residential service for people with learning disabilities and autism. The Role
- Lead the opening of a new small residential home, recruiting and developing a brand-new staff team.
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care and compliance with CQC regulations.
- Work closely with the business development and referrals team to establish and grow the service.
- Take full responsibility for care planning, quality assurance, safeguarding, and service outcomes.
- Create a supportive, positive environment where staff feel valued, and residents thrive.
