Are you passionate about developing people and shaping future talent? Ready to partner with leaders in one of the UK's most dynamic businesses? We’re looking for an experienced and creative Learning & Development Business Partner to join this ambitious organisation. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you’ll work closely with Directors, Heads of Departments, and Line Managers across a variety of divisions, helping shape a culture of continuous growth, capability and performance. Working alongside our L&D Manager at other sites, you'll be based in our Manchester Head Office, with weekly travel to other local offices. There will be a strong focus on digital and tech teams in this role, engaging these functions in L&D will be key to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and deliver innovative, engaging training solutions – in-person and remotely
  • Partner with leaders to create impactful career progression and talent retention programmes
  • Champion and manage our learning platforms and systems
  • Analyse training effectiveness and use insights to drive performance
  • Coach and support Senior Leaders and Line Managers to unlock their full potential
  • Lead on succession planning, onboarding, and graduate scheme development
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and learning needs assessments
  • Help build a best-in-class apprenticeship and induction programme

What You’ll Bring:

  • A background in L&D (qualification desirable) with strong experience in Digital/Tech environments
  • A flair for designing and delivering creative, outcome-driven training
  • Proficiency in remote delivery tools (Zoom, MS Teams) and LMS platforms
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and a results-focused mindset
  • Natural coaching ability and a passion for innovation (AI experience a plus!)
  • Ability to travel across sites as needed
