We are working with a valued client in the social care sector to recruit a Registered Manager for a brand-new residential service for people with learning disabilities and autism. The Role

  • Lead the opening of a new small residential home, recruiting and developing a brand-new staff team.

  • Take full responsibility for care planning, quality assurance, safeguarding, and service outcomes.

  • New home opening experience.
