- Culture Building: Promote a positive HSE culture by engaging all levels of staff and managers in safety protocols.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

- Strong Legislative Knowledge: Deep understanding of HSE laws and regulations.
- NEBOSH Certification: Holding or working towards a NEBOSH diploma, as well as IOSH membership.
- Communication Skills: Capable of influencing and building relationships across all levels within the organization.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Able to address issues efficiently and promote safety as a business enabler.
