We\’re looking for a knowledgeable Aesthetic Devices & Product Educator to inspire, train, and support our salon & spa partners across a selected region in the UK.

About the Role:

As our Aesthetic & Product Educator, you\’ll be the face of the brand to salon professionals. You\’ll deliver training, product knowledge, and hands-on demos that elevate skills, boost confidence, and drive business growth. You will also help the sales team with being the technical expert for prospective new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging in-person at salon and at the academies product training to salon teams.
  • Demonstrate treatments and aesthetic techniques with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Educate on product benefits, ingredients, protocols, and aftercare.
  • Support salons in integrating new products and services into their business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and support.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform education and product strategy.

What You Bring:

  • A qualification in aesthetics, cosmetology or skincare (Level 4 required).
  • Hands-on experience working in a salon, clinic, or training role.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and empowering others.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and professional with a warm, approachable style.
  • Full drivers licence to travel to across your region.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience as a brand educator or trainer.
  • Knowledge of advanced facials, cosmeceuticals, peels, laser machines.
  • Previous field based experience.
