Are you passionate about working with salon brands within hair & beauty? Would you like to earn unlimited commission?
We are proud to partner with a wonderful hair brand with exceptional quality products and a great range of colour, as well as retail products.
As part of their ongoing plans, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to continue developing the North East of Scotland, from Fife to Aberdeen.
The role is focused on developing relationships with an existing base of salon accounts, along with bringing on quality new accounts in your region. There is something for everyone in their portfolio, and they have great education support.
What do I need to be a successful Salon Business Development Manager?
- Experience in the hair or beauty industries in a sales capacity is essential.
- You will be motivated to work in a target-driven environment, in a positive, collaborative atmosphere
- Be self-motivated, know how to have fun in your role and still get the job done
- Be a charismatic communicator, able to listen and influence customers or colleagues
- Excellent time-keeping and time-management with the ability to prioritise the workload to ensure all tasks are carried out effectively and deadlines are met
- Full driving license
- IT skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
