About You

  • Proven Experience: You’ve led health and safety programs in complex, multi-site environments, ideally within a healthcare or CQC-regulated setting, and you know how to adapt strategies to fit diverse needs.
  • Strategic Vision: You can see the bigger picture, understanding how safety is integral to the success of the entire organization. But you’re also grounded in practical, hands-on problem solving.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You have the ability to influence and inspire at all levels, building strong relationships with senior leadership, teams, and service users alike.
