The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the Head of H&S to shape and implement innovative, forward-thinking health and safety strategies that drive organizational excellence.
- Transformational Approach : Lead initiatives that elevate safety culture across diverse services, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both staff and service users are central to everything we do.
- Impactful Communication : Act as the key advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on complex safety matters and ensuring policies and procedures are understood and embraced at all levels.

About You
- Proven Experience : You’ve led health and safety programs in complex, multi-site environments, ideally within a healthcare or CQC-regulated setting, and you know how to adapt strategies to fit diverse needs.
- Strategic Vision : You can see the bigger picture, understanding how safety is integral to the success of the entire organization. But you’re also grounded in practical, hands-on problem solving.
- Collaborative Leadership : You have the ability to influence and inspire at all levels, building strong relationships with senior leadership, teams, and service users alike.

- Relevant Certifications : NEBOSH or equivalent qualification is essential.
