We are working with a valued client in the social care sector to recruit a Registered Manager for a brand-new residential service for people with learning disabilities and autism. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation with strong values and an excellent reputation for quality care. The Role

  • Managing an existing 3-bedroom home
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care and compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Work closely with the business development and referrals team to establish and grow the service.
  • Take full responsibility for care planning, quality assurance, safeguarding, and service outcomes.
  • Create a supportive, positive environment where staff feel valued and residents thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Registered Manager in a CQC-regulated setting (Strong knowledge of learning disabilities and autism support).
  • A confident, inspiring leader who can build and nurture a team from scratch.
  • Excellent understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and CQC frameworks.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Hands-on and proactive attitude.
  • Full Driving Licence.
