We are working with a valued client in the social care sector to recruit a Registered Manager for a brand-new residential service for people with learning disabilities and autism. The Role
- Managing an existing 3-bedroom home
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care and compliance with CQC regulations.
- Work closely with the business development and referrals team to establish and grow the service.
- Take full responsibility for care planning, quality assurance, safeguarding, and service outcomes.
- Create a supportive, positive environment where staff feel valued and residents thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Registered Manager in a CQC-regulated setting (Strong knowledge of learning disabilities and autism support).
- A confident, inspiring leader who can build and nurture a team from scratch.
- Excellent understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and CQC frameworks.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Hands-on and proactive attitude.
- Full Driving Licence.
