Communications Designer in Cheshire, Warrington

We’re looking for a talented Internal Comms Designer to join a dynamic, fun and growing marketing team for a great omni-channel business.

This role will support the People Team — focused on information design and storytelling that brings culture, values, and employee communications to life.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how this organisation communicates internally — transforming complex information into engaging, accessible, and visually impactful content. From event branding and intranet updates to internal campaigns and learning materials, you’ll help our people connect with the messages that matter most.

Working closely with our Internal Comms Lead and sitting within the Design Team, you’ll act as the bridge between People, Design, and Comms — ensuring everything you create is beautifully designed, aligned to brand, and easy to understand.

What we are looking for?

• We’re looking for a creative self-starter with experience in information design, strong visual storytelling skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
• You’ll be comfortable managing briefs through Asana, following brand guidelines, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate design, employee engagement, or internal comms ideally from a regulated environment.
