I’m working with a small, family-owned and run business within the hair industry who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to look after and grow their South Yorkshire territory. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-led sales and wants to represent a business where values, trust, and long-term partnerships genuinely matter.
Territory
The role will cover South Yorkshire, including: Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Wakefield.
Day to day, you will be:
- Responsible for managing and developing your own territory, with a strong focus on growing existing salon accounts.
- Developing new business across the region.
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with salon owners and managers.
- Planning and managing your own diary.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers.
This is a field-based role with plenty of autonomy and support.
