Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant, your impact will be significant. Engage potential customers face-to-face in residential campaigns, promoting our diverse portfolio of clients. You'll drive sales, grow customer bases, and boost revenue.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Compelling Interactions: Explain brand benefits effectively to potential customers.
  • Exceptional Service: Prioritise customer satisfaction and create a positive brand image, for long term quality of sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Be proactive in team meetings to create a motivated work environment by sharing best practices.
  • Support New Team Members: Assist in retaining and mentoring sales assistants.
  • Skill Enhancement: Participate in discussions, learn and master the business systems and processes to refine sales approaches and maintain consistency.

Requirements:

  • Schedule & Availability: Commit to at least 4 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Preferably, 5 or 6 days a week commitment.
  • Effective Communication: Strong spoken English for face-to-face interactions.
  • Team Player: Success is a team effort. This, along with a competitive spirit is the key to thrive in a sales environment.
