What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide high-quality support to customers and ensure their satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Manage Customer Expectations: Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience at all stages of the process.
  • Sales/Support: Promote and sell products and services by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Support customers through donation processes whilst creating awareness of various non-profit organisations.
  • Work Toward Personal and Team Goals: Help achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Are You a Good Fit?

  • Customer Service Experience: You have experience in roles such as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Assistant, Sales Advisor, Retail Staff, Hospitality Staff, Advocacy, Events Co-ordination or any customer-facing role and enjoy helping others. (Experience is not necessary but highly valued)
  • Sales Mindset: You can identify opportunities to sell and are eager to contribute to sales targets.
  • Team-Oriented: You thrive in a collaborative environment where you work together with your colleagues to achieve results.
  • Positive Attitude: A “can-do” attitude and the ability to stay motivated even during challenging situations.

Earnings & Career Path:

  • Unlimited Earning Potential: This is a commission-based role only, giving you the ability to control your income. Average weekly earnings range from £450 to £550 (this is uncapped, so many make more than this), with significant opportunities for growth.
