RJ Talent Connect is on the lookout for confident, driven individuals to join our client's direct sales and marketing team in Slough. This is a field-based role working on residential campaigns, engaging directly with customers and representing some of the UK's top brands and causes.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Face-to-face sales in residential areas
- Presenting and promoting products or charitable campaigns
- Building rapport, answering questions, and closing deals
- Attending in-office training, team meetings, and one-to-ones
- Contributing to a fast-paced, energetic team environment
What We're Looking For:
- Outgoing, self-motivated people with a positive mindset
- Comfortable speaking to new people and working towards targets
- Must be available at least 4 days out of 6, typically 10:00/10:30am–8:00pm
- Committed to self-development and open to learning
