What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working as a 180 BD or 360 consultant in a recruiting agency, including business development experience, and/or a strong understanding of the recruitment process lifecycle.
  • Active sourcing experience. We don’t wait for applications - we headhunt for the perfect candidates.
  • Exceptional communication skills. We communicate openly and regularly as a team, to our clients, and with our candidates.
  • Drive and determination. Recruiting can be a tough job, so you’ve got to show ambition, want to exceed targets, and deliver an excellent service day-in, day-out.
  • Problem-solvers. If you see something not working, flag it, and become part of the solution.
  • Organised. You’ll be encouraged to work autonomously, although we will be here to support you, so good time management and organisation will be key.

What will you be doing?

  • Have a great grasp of our services, and be able to advise others about them.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities within an industry, seeking out the appropriate key decision makers.
  • Generate leads and contact prospective new clients.
  • Negotiate deals and hit your targets.
  • Receive permanent roles from clients and fill within agreed time limits.
  • Recruit suitable candidates, according to skills and experience to fit client requirements.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Monitor and report on activities.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant team members.
