As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the day‑to‑day clinical and operational running of the home, leading and inspiring a close‑knit team while ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager

• Lead, manage, and mentor the nursing and care teams
• Support the Home Manager in the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the service
• Ensure the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are maintained

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager

• Valid NMC Pin
• Previous leadership or senior nursing experience within a nursing home setting
