Responsibilities as a Clinical Lead:

  • Lead and oversee safe, high-quality clinical care.
  • Support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Work alongside home manager to ensure smooth running of home.

Requirements as a Clinical Lead:

  • RGN/RMN/RNLD Qualification
  • Previous management experience within a nursing home setting
