As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play an essential part in keeping fans engaged and providing a positive experience that encourages retention. You will work remotely from anywhere in the world, with flexible hours and the opportunity to earn through both salary and commission.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in real-time conversations with fans and subscribers.
- Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional tone to enhance the fan experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to align chat strategies with creator goals.
- Track and report key metrics related to fan engagement and revenue growth.
