The role
We’re looking for part‑time and full‑time customer‑focused Sales Assistant to join our new boutique store opening in Bicester Village. As a Sales Assistant at RIXO, you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer service and styling advice. You will support the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while contributing to sales targets and brand success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Provide expert styling advice, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to the highest standards.

Requirements
