What you’ll be doing:
- Post / Sample Management: Manage all post related to the PDP department, including samples and sourcing & all fabric & trims. Update & maintain sample trackers. Manage all product samples, organising, tracking & distributing as required. Ensure all samples are prepped & steamed ahead of any key meetings & shoots where necessary.
- Critical Path and Production Meetings: Update & maintain the critical path, ensuring it is updated each week and tracking progress from PO placement through to ex‑fty to ensure dates are met. Lead production meetings, escalating any concerns with the support of the wider team as needed.
- Fabric and Trim Oversight: Prepare and organise fabric samples, trim cupboards, and boards to support the team’s needs.
- System Maintenance: Upload initial style details onto our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and Airtable to assist Design and Product Development teams. Maintain the PLM with updates on bulks, fabric details, and information from Design sign‑off meetings.
About you:
- Previous experience in a production role or similar entry‑level position in womenswear fashion business.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with PLM systems and workflow management tools.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Passionate about womenswear and working in a fast‑paced environment.
