Share key findings with senior stakeholders to support visibility, alignment, and informed decision making.
  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager in setting and executing the digital roadmap in partnership with the digital development agency.
  • Management of onsite bugs, including logging of all bugs, track and test; collaborating with the development agency to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain a clear CRO A/B Testing Roadmap, ensuring all tests are planned, prioritised, and approved. Own the go‑live of tests through our CRO platform and development agency, report on performance outcomes, and manage the rollout of new site functionality.
  • Develop and manage the onsite search and merchandising tool, ensuring search is continuously optimised and VM strategy is reflective of key trading initiatives.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Merchandising, CRM, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of onsite changes and digital initiatives.
  • Own the relationship with the SEO agency, ensuring recommendations are actioned, performance changes are monitored, and insights are reported to key stakeholders.
  • Own the planning and launch of promotional periods and trade levers, ensuring onsite messaging is aligned with marketing sends and supports commercial objectives.
  • Oversee and support the E‑Commerce Assistant in tasks such as the product launch process. Ensure a smooth digital journey from planning to launch while owning the briefing of site content to align with wider marketing activity. Support with training and mentoring of this role.
