ABOUT RIXO: A rail of vintage dresses. A London flat. Two best friends who wanted to build the brand they couldn't find. That was 2015. Today, RIXO is six stores across London, New York, and Ireland, known for original hand-painted prints, bias-cut silhouettes, and sizing up to a UK 26. We design for every woman, every occasion, every body. The pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and kept.

The role: You'll lead the look of RIXO across every touchpoint. From the meta ad that stops a thumb, to the lookbook that lives on a coffee table, to the packaging that lands on a doorstep; you set the visual language. You'll concept campaigns and brand activations with the Head of Creative and Brand Marketing (the role reports into them). You'll execute the BAU that keeps the brand on every channel, every week. You'll move between the two without losing your edge on either.

What you'll own:

  • Visual language across campaigns, activations, lookbooks, emails, meta ads and packaging
  • Print production end-to-end: artwork, paper, finish, print partner, proofs, sign-off
  • Conceptual development for brand moments
  • Typography, layout and colour decisions across the brand
  • The work of two designers; their output, their growth, their confidence
  • BAU at pace, without compromise on craft

You'll be a fit if:

  • You have 5+ years in brand design, with serious time on your CV at a brand agency
  • You've led or mentored designers before, even if this is your first formal lead title
  • Print and packaging are your specialism, not a side skill (this part isn't negotiable)
  • You're fluent in Figma (absolute must) and across Adobe Creative Suite
  • You’re already using AI to help streamline processes and speed up work and you’ll bring this to the team
  • Typography is a craft you care about
  • You're drawn to the unfinished problem as much as the polished output

Why RIXO?

  • Hybrid working: three days on-site each week.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Generous staff discount across all RIXO collections plus early access to sample sales before anyone else.
  • Team socials that actually happen. We celebrate the work and the people behind it.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave designed around real life, not policy minimums.
  • Health cash plan to cover the everyday stuff: opticians, physio, dental. The things that add up.

To apply: Send a portfolio and include a short paragraph on the brand work you're proudest of, and why.
