About The Role We’re looking for a Junior IT & Business Systems Support Administrator to join our growing IT & Business Solutions team. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for someone at the start of their IT career to gain experience across both technical IT support and business systems administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support queries while also learning how to support our core systems such as NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo and Microsoft 365.
You’ll receive guidance and mentoring from the team while being encouraged to take initiative, learn quickly, and develop into a well-rounded IT & business systems professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for IT and systems queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Assist with device setup, configuration, and user account management (onboarding/offboarding).
- Support and learn administration tasks within NetSuite (with opportunities to expand into related systems like Celigo, Shopify, Centric8, and Looker).
- Help deliver business systems projects such as international expansion and new integrations.
- Provide ad-hoc training and support to users across IT and business systems.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve technical or system-related issues.
- Shadow senior team members to build skills in advanced troubleshooting, ERP administration, and IT operations.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Information Technology and eagerness to build a career in IT & systems.
- Familiarity with computer systems, Windows/macOS, and common business applications like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with good numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
- Well organised, able to manage multiple requests, and comfortable working with 3rd parties.
- Experience in retail and/or fashion preferred (not essential).
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
