Deputy Store Manager for RIXO’s Flagship store on King’s Road, London. Supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional retail, operational, and commercial standards, guiding a team of Senior Sales Associates and sales assistants.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer service excellence and maximise sales opportunities, ensuring high service standards and sales floor expectations are met.
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to maintain strong service and sales floor presence, ensuring all customers are welcomed in a friendly manner.
- Use sales and profit KPIs to evaluate performance, guide team activities and keep the team focused on meeting targets.
- Communicate with Store Manager and Merchandising teams regarding stock replenishment, bestsellers, and inventory to optimise sales.
- Support training on RIXO values, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Execute merchandising, product launches, and brand initiatives on schedule.
- Collaborate with Store Manager to enhance the customer journey and achieve visual retail standards.
- Coach team on presentation, visual standards, and housekeeping, keeping customer service as priority.
