- Identify and investigate any variances; report findings and accuracy trends to leadership with clear action plans.
- Lead and manage all quarterly full stocktakes, ensuring consistency in execution and reporting across all sites.
- Build and roll out a company-wide training manual for in-store stock handling, processes, and best practices. Train all store staff to ensure adherence.
- Manage monthly store consolidations, ensuring accurate packing and seamless receipt into the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate stock data across all platforms β including Shopify, NetSuite (ERP), and our 3PL β through continuous reconciliation and proactive problem-solving.
- Support the Merchandising and Finance teams with ad hoc reporting, audits, and stock-related insights to drive decision-making.
- Develop a process for store fulfilment for ecom orders, working closely with our IT department on system set up, training the store teams and managing the roll out across stores.

- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment with competing priorities.
- Able to travel regularly to our 4 London stores, with occasional visits to our Swindon warehouse and Irish store as needed.
