We are expanding and redefining our brand for the future, and are looking for a Senior IT Product Manager to lead our IT initiatives.

Role Overview

You will be the primary person responsible for all IT systems at RIXO, driving IT strategy, managing change, system integrations, and automation projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring scalable, well-integrated IT capabilities aligned with our growth objectives. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. A strong background in system integrations, process automation, and IT governance is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a strategic IT roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Lead IT change management and business transformation initiatives.
• Develop automated workflows and optimize system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, JDA, Celigo, Shopify Plus).
• Enhance system connectivity, data accuracy, and error handling.
• Develop management reports and real-time dashboards for KPIs and 3PL performance.
• Maintain documentation of the tech stack, integration architecture, and data flows.
• Identify emerging technologies and lead system migrations and upgrades.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives and automation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms and integration tools such as NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify Plus.
• Experience in IT change management and business transformation frameworks.
• Expertise in process automation, data integration, and workflow streamlining.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and system architecture skills.
