ABOUT RIXO
A rail of vintage dresses. A London flat. Two best friends who wanted to build the brand they couldn't find. That was 2015. Today, RIXO is six stores across London, New York, and Ireland, known for original hand-painted prints, bias-cut silhouettes, and sizing up to a UK 26. We design for every woman, every occasion, every body. The pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and kept.

  • Lead the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the US ecommerce experience, implementing trading, merchandising, localisation, and customer journey improvements to maximise commercial performance and enhance the customer experience. Provide weekly reporting on the US trading performance.
  • Support the successful delivery of new ecommerce features and functionality by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance (QA), launch readiness, and post-launch performance monitoring to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Pull data, analyse and provide actionable insight and summaries for weekly trade meetings, post launch performance analysis, AB testing outcomes, monthly performance reports, and ad hoc analysis requests. Share key findings with senior stakeholders to support visibility, alignment, and informed decision making.
  • Management of onsite bugs, including logging of all bugs, track and test; collaborating with the development agency to ensure timely resolution.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Merchandising, CRM, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of onsite changes and digital initiatives.
  • Support the planning and launch of promotional periods and trade levers, ensuring onsite messaging is aligned with marketing sends and supports commercial objectives.
