About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a proactive, creative, and data-driven individual who is passionate about fashion and marketing.

Responsible For

• Support the Marketing Manager in execution of 360 marketing campaigns that reflect the brand’s identity and engage both new and existing customers.
• Coordinate brand partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
• Assist in managing the marketing calendar to ensure we are hitting key moments and promoting these across our channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital channels to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
• Support on coordinating social and email database competitions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of in-store activations, pop-ups, and brand events to enhance customer engagement, collaborating with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Support the organization of influencer and press events, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands.
• A strong understanding of brand marketing and campaign coordination.
• Passion for the RIXO brand, fashion industry, and storytelling.
• Experience in event planning.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
