This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to both personal and professional matters within a fast-moving family office. The ideal candidate is organised, tech-confident, highly discreet, and enjoys working in a dynamic setting where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex travel arrangements: organising family and business itineraries, booking accommodations, coordinating with external offices, arranging visas and ground transportation.
- Managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling for family members, ensuring priorities are well organised and conflicts are anticipated.
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of private events, dinners, and social engagements.
- Sourcing tickets for exclusive events: sports events, sold-out concerts, shows, etc.
- Providing day-to-day support related to household staff, including scheduling and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and household service providers, helping to coordinate maintenance and track follow-ups.
- Working closely with the Operations team on ad hoc projects and administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a family office, professional services, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environment.
