A large, international single family office established by two prominent tech founders, based in London, is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the principals and their families. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to both personal and professional matters within a fast-moving family office. The ideal candidate is organised, tech-confident, highly discreet, and enjoys working in a dynamic setting where no two days are the same. This position suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a high-performance, high-trust environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex travel arrangements: organising family and business itineraries, booking accommodations, coordinating with external offices, arranging visas and ground transportation.
- Managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling for family members, ensuring priorities are well organised and conflicts are anticipated.
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of private events, dinners, and social engagements.
- Sourcing tickets for exclusive events: sports events, sold-out concerts, shows, etc.
- Providing day-to-day support related to household staff, including scheduling and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and household service providers, helping to coordinate maintenance and track follow-ups.
- Working closely with the Operations team on ad hoc projects and administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a family office, professional services, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on, "no task too small" mindset and the flexibility to work extended hours as required in a UHNW setting.
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with good judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and deliver results swiftly under pressure in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and business matters.
