The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of relevant experience, ideally spanning advisory or investment banking and principal-side investing, with a proven track record of personally originating and executing direct investments. Sport-sector experience and an established network in the sector are strongly preferred. - Work closely with investment, finance, legal, tax and operations colleagues throughout the investment process
- Oversee existing and future direct investments, actively monitoring performance, managing risk and driving value creation
- Operate within a principal-led decision-making framework, with direct and regular access to the principals
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, ideally combining advisory or investment banking with principal-side investing
- A proven track record of personally originating and executing direct investments, preferably in sport; experience in film or wellness would be an advantage
- Strong transaction structuring expertise, including minority investments with robust governance rights and downside protections
- An established, active network across the sport sector, ideally complemented by relationships in film or wellness
- Sound judgement and adaptability in a principal-led environment, with the ability to align execution with the principals’ priorities and timelines
- The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a small, high-performing team
