Your opportunity:

Join our well-regarded and growing Commercial Property Team, known for working with leading commercial landlords, developers, and business owners across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and Kent. With an impressive client roster and increasing demand, we continue to develop a strong presence in the South East as well as client assignments in the City and nationally.

As a Solicitor / Associate, you will:

  • Work alongside our leading team who are experts in their field and excel in the delivery of the full range of strategic and transactional commercial property advice
  • Play a pivotal role in developing our practice including recruiting new talent as our regional offering grows
  • Supervise and mentor a junior lawyer with full support from our wider team
  • Inherit a diverse range of client instructions from day one
  • Leverage our extensive professional network to drive new business
  • Follow a clear career pathway with opportunities to advance to Associate or Partner level
  • Engage in high-quality technical work and formulate your own business development strategy, supported by the firm’s business development and marketing professionals
