You’ll report to the Commercial Director and work closely with the COO to define and implement go-to-market approaches. What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a pipeline of high-integrity corporate and institutional credit buyers
- Manage complex, high-value voluntary carbon credit transactions from start to finish
- Support active commercial discussions and develop new buyer relationships
- Shape go-to-market narratives and client engagement strategies
- Help define account prioritisation and outreach plans in collaboration with senior leadership
- Represent the firm externally with credibility, clarity, and creativity
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of selling to corporate sustainability teams or carbon credit buyers, ideally with experience in large or complex transactions
- Strong understanding of the voluntary carbon market, including how buyers evaluate quality, co-benefits, additionality, and integrity
- Ability to independently manage full sales cycles, including stakeholder mapping, proposal development, negotiation, and close
- Creative, persistent, and comfortable engaging senior commercial decision-makers
- Able to communicate technical value and differentiated propositions clearly and persuasively
- Motivated by the mission and focused on delivering outcomes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
